When one embarks on a new venture,put on a new outfit,represent a crowd in a meeting,dance when ur super drunk in a clud? whatever? we all at times get a great confidence injection when someone utters: "u did great'>u looked fab.,! yeah it feels amazing to get recognition...but what if someone doesnt say a thing? your boss just looks at the dude sitting next to him after your hard working effort? no one cares to say you did a great job?
Thats the thing with validation! what if u dont get it! well try validation from ya inner critic! that lil voice that always says ur amzing! ur perfect! u van do it! u always break a leg! believe in that lil voice!
Well that voice can also be a bitch at times! that same voice can tell u:" james is always better",'wish that witch is not gonna be there,she always gets most of the attention"...That inner voice can make or break you!
Well i learned that everybody has insecurities! I remember being at a "white school'' and the white boys use to be so perfect at all. The english teacher asked a question,and gave us two possible answers>>. all said one answer,I was the only one who decided to give the opposite answer! the teacher was in disbelief and asked them all; Are u sure thats the correct answer? they all confidently said yes>>right there! that very moment i was never as confident as ever, I told myself: ag whatever! i know im right! i know i wont die if i get it wrong! i know these classmates of mine arent even sure! so what the hell?!......YES! Givado was right! there i stood knowing i was right! now they gotto bow down i was right! all that respect! that envy! i felt good!
You see, we all have insecurties, Queen Oprah herself got some insecurities! so u fake confidence till it becomes ya best friend!!! so it aint the validation from any! its what you do and allowing yourself to believe in this statement: everybody has insecurites,so flip whatever!!! I CAN DO THISS!!

Wow now that is a Powerful message my friend, i'm one of those people who is afraid of what i am capable off,when i start something, i always have that "are you crazy you can not do this or that" and at the end i end up suprising myself but yet i still doubt myself.
